LikedLocation in respect of LAX was very good. Easy to make use of the complimentary shuttle to and from the Terminal. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food options were quite reasonable.

DislikedHallway carpets were quite worn and threadbare in places. The Facility is in need of an update. Bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were way too soft and unsupportive. General room lighting is poor. But this is almost universal in Amercian Hotels.

LikedThe room was great - we had been travelling a long time (returning from an international trip) so we really appreciated the extremely comfortable beds, the roomy bathroom, and the onsite food options. The airport shuttle driver was knowledgeable and courteous, as well. Well worth the price to make an overnight layover more bearable.

LikedShuttle bus from airport every few minutes, nice and helpful staff, lobby really impressive, nice, clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom .. everything what we needed was there for us... we booked one more night after our stay,, highly recommended.
