You have 14 days from the receipt of the order to notify Bloc Blinds of any measurement errors. You cannot change the product type, fitting type, or the colour of the replacement blinds. If the new sizes exceed 100mm in width or drop from your measurements, Bloc Blinds will request you to cover the price difference. New measurements must be provided in writing. Replacements are available for a single instance only. Free, no-fuss blind replacement
