These Terms & Conditions apply to this “Foxy Perks” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 00:01 UK Time on 06.05.2024 until further notice. (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.foxybingo.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. are over 18 years old
   2. are located in the UK
   3. have a verified Website account; and
   4. do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTION

3. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must opt in weekly.
4. Eligible Players need to login to their account during the Promotional Period and click on the Daily Stamp which will appear on screen (the “Daily Stamp”).
5. Only one Daily Stamp will be available per Eligible Player per day. Each Daily Stamp is valid until 23:59 (UK Time) on the day it becomes available.
6. If Daily Stamp is not used before 23:59 on the day it is made available to the Eligible Player, it will grey out, forfeit and not be re-issued.
7. Each Daily Stamp will unlock a daily prize.
8. The daily prize will consist of: Free Spins and Bingo tickets.
9. At the end of each week, during the Promotional Period, depending on the number of Daily Stamps that an Eligible Player has collected, they will be entered into one of three Weekly Prize Draws (see specific conditions below).

FREE SPINS SPECIFIC TERMS

10. The maximum of 20 and minimum of 5 Free Spins to be won.
1. 5 Free Spins can only be used on: Genie's Lucky Lamp.
2. 20 Free Spins can only be used on: Crabbin for Cah Megaways.
11. Free Spins won on any of the weekly Prize Draws can be played on: Big Bass Secrets of the Golden Lake.
12. Each Free Spin has a value of £0.10.
13. The Free Spins will be credited to the ‘Promotions’ section of the Eligible Player’s account for claiming.
14. The Free Spins will be available to claim for 24 hours from time of credit.
15. Once the Free Spins have been claimed, Eligible Players will have 24 hours to use them.
16. If the Free Spins are not claimed and used within 24 hours, they will be forfeited and not be re-issued.
17. Free Spins winnings carry no wagering requirements.

BINGO TICKETS SPECIFIC TERMS

18. Bingo Tickets can be used to play on bingo games stated in the daily offer available on the Website with an entry price of £0.10 or lower.
19. Bingo Tickets must be claimed within the promotional period via the promotional hub section on the Website.
20. The minimum amount of bingo ticket a player will receive on this promotion is 1 and the maximum 1.
21. Funds won using a Free Bingo Ticket (“Winnings”) will be credited as a Bonus (as defined below).
22. If an Eligible Player is credited with multiple Free Bingo Tickets, the Winnings will be credited to the Eligible Player’s account only once all Free Bingo Tickets have been used.
23. For example: If an Eligible Player has won 10 Free Bingo Tickets and the Eligible Player uses 5 Free Bingo Tickets on game A winning a Bonus, the Bonus shall be credited only when the Eligible Player has used the remaining Free Bingo Tickets, they have available.
24. Winnings shall be credited as a withdrawal restricted bonus (the “Bonus”) i.e. Bonus funds shall be available to play with but cannot be withdrawn until the Eligible Player meets the Requirements (as defined below).
25. Bonus will be displayed as a restricted amount and will be visible in the [casino bonus] section of your player account until the Requirements have been met.
26. The Bonus funds must be wagered x1 (the “Requirements”).
27. The Requirements must be met within 7 days from the date the Bonus was credited (the ‘Time Limit’).
28. The Eligible Player shall lose the Bonus amount if the Requirements are not met within the Time Limit.

WEEKLY PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC TERMS

29. At the end of each week, during the Promotional Period, depending on the number of Daily Stamps that an Eligible Player has collected from Monday to the immediately following Sunday, they will be entered into one of the three Weekly Prize Draws, according to the below:
    1. If an Eligible Player has collected 1 Daily Stamp, they will be entered into a Weekly Prize Draw with a guaranteed prize consisting of a share of 20K Free Spins (minimum 2 Free Spins).
    2. If an Eligible Player has collected 2 Daily Stamps, they will be entered into a Weekly Prize Draw with a guaranteed prize consisting of a share of 30K Free Spins (minimum 2 Free Spins).
    3. If an Eligible Player has collected 3 or more Daily Stamps, they will be entitled to a Weekly Prize Draw with a guaranteed prize consisting of a share of 50K Free Spins (minimum 2 Free Spins).
30. Eligible Players will only be entered into the one relevant Weekly Prize Draw (i.e. if the Eligible Player has collected 2 Daily Stamps, they will only be entered into the Prize Draw described at point 29b. – or if the Eligible Player has collected 3 Daily Stamps, they will only be entered into the Prize Draw described at point 29c. and not the Weekly Prize Draws described at point 29a. and/or point 29b.).
31. Weekly Prize Draw prizes will be credited every Monday following the week during which the Daily Stamps have been accumulated, before 12:00 (UK Time).
32. All Eligible Players who are entitled to a prize from a Weekly Prize Draw will be notified of the win through an inbox message.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

35. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).

37. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
38. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
