PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players from 06.03.23 until further notice.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of foxybingo.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. are over 18 years old
   2. are located in the UK
   3. have a verified Website account; and
   4. do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTION 

3. Each Eligible Player is only entitled to one Promotion play per day during the Promotional Period.
4. Players must visit the ‘Wag’ or ‘Win’ promotional page and click on the “N” button. When playing, the Eligible Player will reveal at random one of the following:
   1. Cash (as defined below);
   2. Bingo Ticket(s) (as detailed below):or

   (Each, a ‘Prize’ and together ‘Prizes’).

CASH PRIZES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS  

5. Cash prizes awarded from the Promotion will be credited in real cash funds automatically to Eligible Players cash balance. There are no wagering requirements applicable.    
6. The maximin amount of cash you can receive from the Promotion is £0.50, and the minimum amount of cash is £0.50.
7. Cash prizes a withdrawable at any time.

BINGO TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

8. The maximum amount of Free Bingo tickets that you can receive is 5 and the minimum of Free Bingo tickets that you can receive is 1.
9. Players that have collected tickets from Wag n Win in the Last 2 weeks of each month are eligible to use their bingo tickets on 'The 150K bingo game' and all other rooms. All other weeks during this month tickets cannot be used in the '150K Bingo' room.
10. Players that purchase their tickets for the '150K Bingo game', must be aware that tickets will be used in the upcoming bingo game which plays on the every first Thursday, Friday and Saturday of the month.
11. If a player chooses to play for example a £0.05 per ticket bingo game, they cannot purchase another ticket with the remaining funds (£0.10 - £0.05 = £0.05). For example, if a player receives 10 Free Bingo tickets at a maximum value of £0.10 each, only 10 tickets can be purchased regardless of the price potentially being less than £0.10.
12. Free Bingo Ticket/s will be credited to the player’s account automatically after accepting the prize on the promotional page.
13. Free Bingo Ticket/s winning will 1x wagering requirement.
14. Free Bingo Ticket/s winnings will be credited to the account as soon as all the Free Tickets have been used. For example, if a player has 10 tickets, uses 5 tickets on Game A and wins £5, then 5 tickets on Game B winning £1. The £6 bonus will be added as soon as Game B is completed.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

16. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).

18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
19. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
