Ticket Information:

• Once you have booked your Crystal Maze LIVE , London tickets you will recieve information via email about how to finalise your booking and select your visit date/ time.
• Book your visit date within 14 days of your voucher purchase to book your slot to visit. The visit date will need to be within 2 months of purchase date.
• Tickets are not available for Saturdays. You can use your voucher codes for any other day subject to availability.

Ages restrictions, Health & Safety:

• This is strictly a 9yrs+ venue, with guests under the age of 18yrs requiring 2 'paying and playing' adult's on their team.
• The Maze is played in teams of up to 8 players. If you purchase fewer than 8 tickets you may be joined by other players.
• Open-toed and heeled shoes which are not permitted to be worn. This is an active experience, so dress comfortably! There are no changing facilities on site, but lockers are provided free of charge to store any items you do not wish to take into The Maze.
• This activity is not suitable during any stage of pregnancy.
• Guests suspected of being under the influence of intoxicating substances will be refused entry.

Booking Conditions:

• All tickets are sold as non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
• RRPs are based on peak time slots.
• Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted.
• Guests should be comfortable standing for the duration of the experience and comfortable with navigating several flights of stairs. If you have specific access requirements please contact the venue before booking.
• Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
• Picniq accepts all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
