While at Port de Pollença remember this: on holiday forget the crazy traffic of your own city. The best tool for getting around is most definitely your own feet, followed by an occasional rental bike. Most people opt to walk around so this will be a new type of traffic to experience - much more pleasant and less polluted. Taxis and transfer buses are also available from the airport at a cost of approximately 80 euros. If you do not plan to use the rental car during your holiday, this will be the best option. Regular buses can be found at a much cheaper rate but they will also take longer in getting to the destination due to the constant stops.
