• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Please account for extra travel time when visiting on fine weekends and public holidays when driving up from Auckland City
• Free day parking is available onsite (not overnight)

• Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis
• Please note this is a self-guided experience
• Food and drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the venue
• You are able to visit the Galleries and Gardens in all weather, and umbrellas available for your use throughout your walk
• Photos are permitted of the artworks
• This is a non-smoking venue

• Sculptureum is open rain or shine. In instances of inclement weather, Sculptureum retains the right to cancel or alter opening hours. Updates for opening hours due to weather conditions will be communicated on Sculptureum's website and Facebook page
