PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 00:00 (UK Time) on 24.11.2022 until further notice. (the “Promotion Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This promotion is available to customers of foxybingo.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. are over 18 years old
   2. are located in the UK
   3. have a verified Website account; and
   4. do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTION

3. To participate in this promotion each Eligible Player must enter and play in the Battle Royale Bingo room during the promotional period.
4. Games take place daily 24 hours a day.
5. Players will be able to select between 1 to 3 numbers per game from a range of 90 numbers.
6. The price of each number will be displayed on the ticket purchaser and will vary on a game by game basis between 10p and 50p.

BATTLE ROYALE BINGO MECHANIC

7. Random numbers between 1 and 90 will be called, if the called number matches the player’s purchased number the number will be eliminated from the game.
8. The winner of the game will be the last player with the number that hasn’t been called.
9. Prizes will vary on a game-by-game basis and will be guaranteed at a minimum of £0.25 and a maximum of £18.00.
10. There will be a special Insurance feature that can be enabled on a game-by-game basis. If this feature is activated, a random number will be chosen from the remaining un-called numbers in the game. This number will then become ‘Insured’ for the next 5 ball calls.
11. If the number is called during the 5 ball call period, the player who had purchased that number will receive their bet back for that particular number.

BATTLE ROYALE FREE GAMES

12. Free Bingo games will take place in a dedicated room every 6 minutes.
13. The maximum number of numbers a player can select in a free game is 1.
14. Maximum number of players per game is 90.
15. The total prize for each free game is between £1.00 and £5.00.
16. Boosted Free Bingo games take place (subject to change) between 19:00 (UK Time) until 19:59 (UK Time).
17. Boosted Free Bingo games will take place in a dedicated room every 6 minutes.
18. The total prize for each boosted free game is:
    • 1^st- £3.00
    • 2^nd- £1.50
    • 3^rd- £0.50.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

20. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
21. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website Promotion.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
23. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
25. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
