Valid on new bookings only and subject to availability. Only one claim is permitted per booking, but rewards may be shared. Your reward will be based on the net value of pre-booked group accommodation (6+ rooms), delegate packages, room hire, food and beverage, based on final numbers. The minimum value of the booking must be £500 in order to qualify and rewards will be made at the rate of £2 for each £100 of eligible items on your finalised bill. Gift cards will be issued to the booker, or company representative, once the booking has taken place and ccount is settled in full. Rewards can be accumulated and shared at the company's discretion, please make us aware at time of enquiry, if you wish to arrange this. Your rewards will be issued by the 10th working day of the month following full payment of your event.
